my sweet fiancé, the non-artist

sometimes we all need a good laugh, don't we? my fiancé, ryan, came into my studio while i was working last night (he was taking a study break-- he's in medical school), and asked if he could try my wacom tablet. of course i said yes, and look what he made!! isn't it so cute? that's a drawing of our kitty, anika, teh beginnings of a tree, and part of whatever he was studying (don't ask me what it is- i have NO idea!)

i told him i was going to post it on my blog, so here you go-- for your viewing and giggling pleasure. :)

oh, how i love my dear, sweet ryan!

  4. very cute...looks like a cross between chemistry and algebra which transported me back to my engineering school days (a thought that makes me both shudder and smile). Iron, Oxygen, and Hydrogen...now I'm curious being the nerd I am...
anyway...super sweet...tell him thanks for letting you share his drawings with us!

  6. hah! This reminds me so much of something my husband Andrew would do. He's not an artist either, but he likes to draw me silly creatures (most wearing bow ties) to make me laugh. :-)

I love the that Ryan drew your kitty! :-)
